Ioana Doicaru is the founder of the Agency with over five years experience across events and marketing consultancy for high profile venues. Ioana studied foreign languages at the University of Bucharest, took a scholarship in France, at Paris and has a Master Degree in the Culture and Language of the European Organizations. Ioana`s early background is in events and venue management, where by the age of 25 she had been managing the Marketing and Events Department of one of the most well-preserved historical monuments in Bucharest, Bragadiru Palace. Her experience as Translator and Interpreter in English & French, helped her to develop close partnerships with foreign agencies and companies who have chosen to organize their events in Romania. Ioana has responsibility for YESolution operations. She also acts as global lead on YESolution Services contracts and plays an integral role in shaping the future strategy for the business. She also leads on the developing of strategic relationships with our clients, advising them on how best to achieve their event marketing objectives.

As partner of YESolution, Eliza is in charge of sales and networking. With 9 years of experience in the customer service field, fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she`s working with various people from all over the world in order to assure a border less communication and cooperation between our agency`s business partners. Eliza graduated the University of Bucharest, with diplomas in Applied Modern Languages, Information Sciences and a master degree in Culture and Language of European Organizations. Highly passionate with traveling and foreign languages, Eliza has now a wide knowledge in culture differences and globalization, all starting with an Erasmus Scholarship in Paris and a gold medal at the international marketing competition Markstrat, France 2008.
